Three Taps & We're Off!

      President Tom Becker banged the gavel, 'bam, bam, bam', the Mormon Tabernacle Choir opened their mouths and 'walla' the Season began at Chautauqua.

The tenors used our House as their home base.

     The United Methodist House also opened with fanfare; the Saturday Night Meal for our new guests and then a weeks worth of lectures, music and physical activity ensued.
Alice & Bill Ward sang on Sunday.

Rev. Sarah Roncolato with her husband Dave.

     We saw some familiar faces returning to the UM House;

Dick & Sally Grove.

Lois Minnagh

The ladies from Fairview UMW provided the 'tea.'

A new addition to the tea was the music of

     "Yes, the opening week was a great success," said one youthful observer, and Steve Martin topped off the week."
